At 2Bears Tavern Uptown, we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for every guest. No cover. No dress code. No attitude.
That promise only holds if everyone plays their part. Our house rules and zero tolerance policies are non-negotiable - not to restrict you, but to protect the community we have built together.
House Rules
Consent is not optional. Every guest has the right to enjoy their night without harassment, intimidation, or unwanted contact of any kind.
Be kind. Be respectful. Look out for one another. If you see something, say something - to a bartender, door staff, or manager. We are all responsible for keeping this space safe.
Violations of our house rules may result in immediate removal from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment for our guests or staff.
Zero Tolerance
No drugs. No dealing. No exceptions. 2Bears Tavern Uptown maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for illegal drug use or distribution on the premises or in the immediate surrounding area.
Any guest found using, possessing, or attempting to sell or offer drugs will be immediately removed from the premises. Repeat violations may result in a permanent ban across all 2Bears Tavern Group locations.
This policy is in place to protect the safety and wellbeing of every person in our space. There are no exceptions and no second chances on this one.
